Tough to see the innocent assulted like that...had you earned it on an outing it would be easier to stomach.

Our stage of life is emptying out my wife’s childhood home, today was the shed and backyard, came home with a new mascot for my pig...Wilbur graced her mom’s garden for many many years.

Spent the weekend in Vegas attempting to sell the drilling equipment left in my father’s estate.

The other thread with the 5.9L Cummins “WITH turbo!” reminded me of the conversation I had with the guy.

He decided that the deck engine was a 12v92. It’s a 12v149T. I had to explain that a 12v92 would be undersized to turn the 1000cfm @ 350psi compressor.

The 12v149t is rated at 1000HP / 2915 ft-lb from 29.4L. A 12V92 is about 660HP.

Love it!

Have to ask, what's the story with the ABB sign in the back of the shop?

Just to show how boring I am:

I’m was in Vegas on a Saturday afternoon/evening, but I went and visited 9 graves (2 great-grandparents, 4 grandparents, father, mother, brother) and then went and hung out with my 81 year-old aunt for 3 hours, before I returned to the hotel to shower and sleep because I had an early flight home.

They'd been practicing driving the 40 and 55 around the yard with me in the passenger side. He had boasted that morning on how he thought he was a better driver than his siblings. How many of us can't relate to having our false pride burst by a dose of reality? Gotta laugh at natural law in action every once in a while!
