My 99 LC sits in that same spot. My battery light came on the other day and went off i think its time to get the battery tested.

Do you have anything heavy sitting on your passenger seat, that will make the seatbelt light stay on of the passenger belt is not buckled and someone or something heavy is on the seat. Try buckling the passenger seat belt and see if it goes off.
