That won't help, the h1 wheels and tires are just trash. They aren't made for highway speeds, they are made for trucks going 55 and low bid. They are fine for off-road but I won't run them on anything I daily in.
I've actually run the tires on another truck about 10 years ago. I'm familiar with the ride being comparatively rough, but I just drive around town at <55m speed unless I'm taking it camping. For my purposes, I'll accept the tradeoff.
40s are the new 37s and tires have come a long ways
The big tires are made better there round and ride smooth and balance better.
And there way lighter.
Most of the old military tires are past their expected lifespan and have dry rot.
