Is that the style of bulb that fits in the round eyes correct? Sent from my iPhone using IH8MUD
. I had HIDs and needed to get a housing with a light shield. That way I can use the HIDs and not blind everyone.
any chance you have a pic to see how it's your light cut ..
Your probably blinding more people than you think. There isn't really any cutoff with that setup. The light beam looks like its going halfway up 7 or 8 feet up the brick building behind the wall.
lol at the cutoff? Your headlights have no cutoff. You can very easily add projectors to your 60 and not sound like a self absorbed prick. The facts are you are blinding people, your headlights are illegal, and yes, your headlights are no brighter than a Escalade. However, they have D2R reflectors that ARE designed for HID's, unlike your 30 year old headlights. There are more lighting experts on this board than you think. Maybe something to consider before you fire off blind comments regarding other peoples opinions, when yours is skewed heavily. Your beam pattern probably ranks in my top 5 HID fails ever.Lol at those cut-off pictures. What kind of car is that from? Something with projectors I'm sure. Not comparable to a bulb in a housing. My headlights are no brighter than any Cadillac Escalade or any lifted truck around here. The stray light may get in other drivers vision, but it is not blinding. Let's see the light pattern of a stock headlight on a wall. Oh wait... You can't. And if you could. Mine would be better.
