So this happened this evening. I parked it last night, no issues, pulled it out of the garage this evening and ***BOOM*** VSC TRAC, VSC OFF, ANTI SKID, AND CHECK ENGINE lights all came on and stay on. I did some quick research and replaced the gas cap and checked the MAF sensor (looks brand new). So, what say you all? Many thanks.

All the lights are on due to the check engine light. Fix the check engine light and the others will go off. Like said above, without a code, your guess is as good as ours.

Thanks for the replies. Take it to a Lexus Dealer or have someone else scan it? I've owned this thing for a month. Prior I had a Toyota Tacoma for 13 years and it was in the shop maybe three times, two of those to re-charge air conditioner. I did plenty of work on it myself, but never had any damn warning lights come on. I feel huge buyer's remorse coming on.

Just read the code for free at auto zone.

Autozone will scan for free. You can buy OBD2 scanners for cheap, including ones that will connect to your smartphone via bluetooth or wifi.

That's why I have an Ultra Gage connected all the time. Read a code instantly and get additional diagnostic numbers all the time. Can't remember if they are $60 or $80 bucks. And I guess they have an app version now for your phone.

Follow-up: I bought this OBDII plug-in and leave - reader/analyzer on Amazon (next day shipping) for $20:

Amazon.com: Panlong WiFi OBD2 for Android iOS(iPhone iPad),Car Diagnostic Scanner,Check Engine Light,Read &Clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes: Automotive

And downloaded this app for $9 (there were plenty of free ones, but this looks more fun and functional):

DashCommand - OBD-II gauge dashboards, scan tool, and vehicle diagnostics on the App Store

Setup only took a couple of minutes. I pulled the error codes (I was anxious and forgot to write them down), but they were both P044x codes, EVAP system purge malfunction and 'major' leak detected. Like I said before, I replaced the gas cap the other day with a new one. Anyway, after cleaning the codes, it looks like the lights are off and staying off, knock wood. Pretty ridiculous for a 'bad' gas cap.

Evap codes don't have a single trip detection logic, meaning it'll take a few drive cycles to come back. 99% of the time a bad gas cap won't give a large leak code unless it's left completely off. Purge malfunction means the vent valve is probably hanging open causing your issues.

Your VSC codes are ABS codes. You have to have a reader that will pull those codes separately. If you cleared your codes, you cleared those out too, so watch for that to come back on and pull the abs codes. I only know this because I have had the small evap leak cause the CE light, and C1201 cause the VSC. I was getting ready to take mine back to Lexus for warranty on the Master Cylinder, but when I cleared the CE code, it cleared the ABS codes too. If they come back on, its off to Lexus again.

You also just happened to have an ABS code as well. ANY time the check engine light is on, the system automatically disables all the other systems, resulting in the warning messages. It's the same for all cars today.

Bump - can someone give me the cliff notes on checking the MAF sensor? Same 4 lights for me. CEL code P1441, which is a SAIS valve stuck open, but want to check MAF as a first step unless....?

Sais is something else. Look to the bypass kit or add the starter PM to your fix list when you replace the Sais

Bingo!
