Anyone made mounts to mount lights to the front bumper? I know theres a thread where someone had essentially a small bullbar.

Im thinking of making a hidden bracket below bumper skin that attached to rebar, just wondering if anyone else has done anything similar.

Amazon has some tacky ftont "license plate" light bars.

Rebar? Jesus man.
You think a small light bar mount attached to center front rebar is going to effect crash safety?

Or did you think I menat i'd make it out of rebar used in concrete?

Was thinking of flat waterjet cut aluminum, three supports that angle up to bumper infront of grille to mount 3 LP6's in the little jog down in the bumper skin.

So this will be mounted in front of the OEM bumper?
Under the skin, to the rebar likely. Thin waterjet aluminum so if I were to rear end anyone it would just collapse.

Im not sure I'll need it as my buddy Mike Ngo who owns Eurowise, and my my touatrg bumpers has an employee with a GX470 and he's scanning to make a bumper right now.

No I think the common definition of "rebar" is the cheap steel rods people use to reinforce concrete, so I thought that's what you meant. Carry on.
