This is probably the show that Mark was providing logistic support for the crew and completely behind the scenes, so odds are that you will not see be seeing Mark or any of his vehicles in the show. However, Mark's description of the show will support your premise that it will lack the spirit and sanity of the real off road community in Alaska.

I was in Barbados for a wedding and was on a recon mission to find cool vehicles. This one was outside our hotel every day. 3.0 TurboD.....
I could not photograph the military vehicles, it as land rover drool and there were all kinds of diesels and muddy trails that went god knows where.
Note to self, do not bring your military cammo hat to wear on the beach, keep it locked up as it as it is illegal to wear any cammo in Barbados.
Thank god we do not have that law here....

When I was a kid at my grandparents in northern Ohio, about 10-15 minutes from Lake Erie, I recall them getting snow that was up to the bottom of the roof of their garage. It was around 6 feet deep, maybe more in drifts.

We made an igloo in the front yard, just because you could.
