Eat What? lol

It was worth it to whoever bought it.

I always say when people ask what their trucks are worth, "it's worth whatever someone will pay you for it."
Oh I agree. But I built that truck from spare parts acquired throughout the US. It is an $18,000 truck. No more. I know where the weaknesses lie and I know what I would change in the future should I ever build another. $33,000 is a rip off. Whatever.

Having said that? My initial investment was $300.05. I saved an FJ40. Had some fun. Did something with my hands that most people in this world would not attempt never mind succeed. I hope who ever bought it enjoys it. I have no sellers remorse.... except for the Mule. If I could buy that truck back in a few years from Steen I would... ;-)

It shows well. That is the key, and having a couple folks who really liked how it sat. Auctions are a crap shoot, the chips fell for the seller that day.

@Hugh Heifer It really was a nice rig, look forward to seeing the next project, you know when you land back stateside.

I made my one mistake with sellers remorse when I got rid of SORF… I think i've learned my lesson Chris :) Glad you think enough of it that you'd want it back though. I think enough of it that I think I'm keeping it. I guess you never know though… years can change things. Hope life is good in the Philippines!

New sliders are in the mail. Looking for a recommendation on a welder in the Norcross/Suwanee/Lawrenceville/Buford area. Anyone want to buy a set of pristine running boards?

I am am glad you are enjoy it Steen! Guess I will have to start over when I get home.
The idea of bringing something badass back is fleeting. I think it will be easier to buy something at home. The shipping from here is going to kill the deal I think.

Would be super awesome if you could bring back some crazy diesel or something but I am sure the shipping is ridiculous. You would almost have to get the truck for free or close to it for it to even be worth it.

That is AWESOME!!

Definitely, that looks great take lots of pictures.

Wow! If anyone had an opportunity to come on this epic adventure to Rubicon and Fordyce but didn't, THEY - MISSED - OUT! Rubicon was great, but I can't find words to describe how cool Fordyce was. Just wait til you see some of the pics!

just swapped out that rear seal again. Checked on it Sunday morning an it was leaking worse than before haha. Pmd Onur and he said it needed to be flush. Hopefully we just pushed it in too far or else its a slightly more expensive problem that id rather not think about now haha!
