I have wider fiberglass ones, but they’d need so much work (too much work) to get fit as well as I’d like.Keep your stock one and get some Alu or fiberglass wide fenders , if you change for skinny tires in the future just switch back to stock fenders
Let me get first the new OEM ones tomorrow. I already happened to sold the originals...Time for the cutting wheel![]()
Got them. There would be the best line to cut (inner line of the tape).Let me get first the new OEM ones tomorrow. I already happened to sold the originals...because I have those fiberglass ones.
Yep, that's how I saw it done.Got them. There would be the best line to cut (inner line of the tape).
Stop! Why don’t you just get a pair of Aqualu wide aluminum fenders? Seriously, check them out.
These cost $400/pair, Aqualus are $1227/pair+shipping (over Atlantic)+taxes and they are too wide (+3.5”). 2” is enough for cover the tread, more looks stupid.Stop! Why don’t you just get a pair of Aqualu wide aluminum fenders? Seriously, check them out.

Not possible, at least 15” or 16” wheels (would hit to TRE).I haven’t done any measuring but I would have to think a different wheel offset would get a 35x12.5 under a stock fender.
