Rear axle is a different design. There may be other differences, but I don't know what they are.

Could someone please show a hot babe doing a front/rear axle job? I'd like to see all greasy while holding a drippy birfield :)

I think the axle porn is over in the HardCore Corner... or so I've heard...

Well done!

Besides the ABS sensor not being present on my rig, is there any reason I should NOT also leverage these cheaters for my '92??

Your rear axle is semi-float I believe but the procedures and torque values should be similar. The lug nut torque does change from the 93/94 to post 94 and that is very critical. We're talking 100+ ft-lb to 76 ft-lb. I'm not sure if the 91/92 lug nut torque values are the same as 93/94 though.

This will definitely help for our burf rebuild this weekend. Thanks for the cheat sheet.

I found this cheat sheet very handy during my knuckle rebuild last weekend, even though I had all the torque specs in my step-by-step directions (see attached). Thanks for the hard work!

Great cheat sheet. I have had this printed out in the shop since you made it. Used it last weekend. So much faster. I'm getting close to having all the tourqes mesmerized (spelling) Thanks!!!

I put the FSM preload procedure on it. I figure if someone wants to do their own variations, they can. Don't want to add too much to the sheet or it will become unwieldy. Thanks.

OK, I had two meetings cancelled on me so I got stuck with nothing to do. So I recreated your hard work and started making it in 100% vector so that I can scale to any size. I might actually make some posters of it. Dunno. I just wanted something a little different in my work area.

Still need to fill in a bunch of part numbers. The Steering Knuckle cone washers were missing in the FSM so I added those and add the brake pads.

Edit: Titled it and made a few edits. Need to track down the missing numbers.

Thanks for creating these cheat sheets.

OK I found a bunch of missing numbers and added those as well. I also included a few more components that weren't on the original FSM page.
I am currently looking into making posters that are 18" x 27" laminated. Probably only 100.

It would be cool if @beno took a look to check my handy work to make sure I don't have any glaring errors in here :p

How about a neoprene mat printed with this? Kinda like this, but much larger - for garage use? That would be awesome!
