I believe the round connector goes to ground? I think I left it off when i did the headlight upgrade. The wire goes to the that connector and then to the module that's connected by the coil.. what is this circuit? As always, appreciate it guys!!

It goes to the connector in the picture - black wire to grey wire, that connects to the module that's bolted to the coil bracket. An uninsulated ring connector is usually a ground wire. BUT
previous owners can use them to connect accessories to the battery PLUS terminal.
Truck is all stock- no accessories.Nothing about that looks stock. To me the little black box looks like a rectifier or voltage regulator, possibly for some accessory. What does the other end the wire connect to?

Bundled with the 2 wires off the coil, those green connectors then some wires split off and go to the green plug on the can and to the oil pressure- and the rest are routed to the harness running toward the battery. What ties into that blue connector under coil?

Appreciate you man-I still don't think that's a stock circuit, but I haven't the foggiest clue what it might be. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful! Hopefully someone will chime in with an answer for you!
Here’s a pic of the alien device.I believe that's the "condenser" - a small capacitor that helps eliminate interference noise. I thought it was for the radio but after consulting the most holy tome of the Body & Chassis Manual, I'm not so sure.
That little square box thingy that’s bolted under the coil bracket, suppresses noise from the ignition that can be heard on the radio. It’s an original Toyota part.
