That's a funny picture in their website. It looks like a 4 year old colored it with a crayon!!

Let us know if it has what you need, my '94 might by hurtin' as well, $163 isn't bad. Especially if it really does bolt right in. When it says '93-'95, it doesn't mean '95 w/OBDII, its too good to be true. My '95 is hurtin' worse than the '94, and those pups are pricey.

Just a word of warning. I ordered a exhaust part from that company, they sent the incorrect one. Their solution to me getting the correct one was for me to return the incorrect one on my dime, then re-order another one. They would credit the money when the received the incorrect one.

Since it was my mistake I felt that I did not need to return it on my dime, they need to send a call tag. Well about 6 months later this is still not resolved even after getting American Express involved. They did finally pick it up but I still do not have my money back.

I thought the same, that picture is ridiulous, why the hell would they post that? I wish i knew an exhaust shop around that would just weld up some universals., but no one around here will touch it.

I had a similar experience with this company as well. Sent the wrong part. Had to send it back on my dime. They took so long to credit my CC. Never again will I deal with this company. Horrible customer service.

I used one Magnaflow 59906. No throwing codes, and does wonders for ground clearance.

Oh yeah, it's less that $125 too, and sounds better.

Sorry, looking for pics of the improved ground clearance of the magnaflow, so I can compare to stock (would also be interesting to see it installed so I can guestimate what the clearances will be with some of the sliders out there that have cat protectors.

Did you put that on a obd1 or 2 truck?

Looks like with the obd1 we have to use two cats since it has a catpack(side by side cats)

Need ideas here guys...

My truck is OBDII
I had a CEL for a bad front cat on my 96 LC and I found a great exhaust shop to
cut them both out and weld in one new Magnaflow 94306.
It tucks up there nicely as well. All for $300.00

This is a crappy picture, you can't see the cat, but I guess that's also the point.;)

I'll try and post up a couple better pictures later. I'm very happy with it.

Did you do it yourself? All of the exhaust shops I have asked will not replace with just one. Say they have to match the factory set up.

You might need to keep looking.
MA has strict emissions laws and the shop
that did mine is a big reputable place with 5 locations.
They are the ones that recommended just going to 1 hi flow cat
and said I would pass no problem.

"Passing" in CA. is by two methods.
1. meets emission out put requirements.. HC, CO,...
2. visual inspection - if the book says it came with two cats, it has to have two cats.

Most shops (about 4) I've been to won't do it unless they can do it right, the ones that will replace it with one big cat will say that there's no guarantee, and if I read between the lines, it's "don't come back with problems if you don't pass or get a MIL"

What do the cat's look like on a 93-94?

On a 91-92, each OEM cat also has the exhaust downpipe (bolts to the exhaust manifold) as part of it. So basically each one is a 4ft or so length of bent tubing with a cat on the end, and an O2 sensor bung just before the cat.

I bought these as direct replacements way back in 2000:

(Edit: link not working. Go here: http://www.discountconverter.com/, then direct fit cat's, and then enter the make, year, model, etc.)

Worked fine, and good customer service (that was a long time ago, though).

BUT: they're not listing anything for a 93-94?? Might be worth giving them a call.
