After replacing my thermostat, belts, radiator, and fan clutch my FJ62 cranks but no start. I checked EFI and IGN fuses and they’re good. I can shoot carb cleaner into intake and it fires. It was starting, running and driving without issue when pulled into garage for cooling system maintenance. Could I have disconnected something on the front of the engine that would cause this?

I had this very same issue in June. 360k on the OEM pump. Drove home from 45 miles out with 2 stops and restarts. Everything was running smoothly. Tried to start up the 'Cruiser the next morning and got no start.
Shorted B+ and FP to only hear faint sounds from the tank. Disconnected the fuel line at the fender filter in the engine bay. No fuel flow even wIth B+ & FP shorted.
Took a few weeks trying to nicely disconnect the Fuel Pump Tube from the Fuel Pump Bracket. No Joy. Ended up cutting the Fuel Pump Tube and splitting the connector nut with a drimmel and using a nut splitter to get the tube nut off the hard Fuel lines.
CruiserMatt has a replacement fuel tube part. $90.
I finally got the tank re-install last weekend but forgot to connect the power cable. 😡
I'll be working on the cable this next weekend.

Is the CEL on with the key in the 'on' position, engine not running?

If not, check your fusible link and EFI relay & Fuse.

If the CEL isn't illuminated, ECU isn't in a state of readiness and the engine won't start

Thank you for asking that question though as it takes a village to keep moving forward
