Should have gotten the oxy/acetylene filled.

Try to heat it up before putting the BFH to it. In a vise, right?

Support the bottom of the hinge with an impact socket and drive the pin straight through.
Couple hits with a BFH and it should pop right out.

Firm deliberate Hammer blows with the bottom hinge under the pin supported by the socket setting on a sturdy surface, use the largest drift punch you have that will fit through the hole
Lots of tappy tap tap will peen the top of the pin making it harder to knock through.

seems like the drill is tough on lining up to be sure it drills straight. Using a drill press.

Got’em all drilled. Think it time to paint.

Quick resandblast and then I am thinking Soap and water, maybe put in oven to make sure no water and Then paint. They are a bit oily from the drilling.
Sound like a good strategy?

I usually use acetone to degrease prior to painting.

Boy that epoxy primer laid down quite nicely.

Is it dumb to use that or should I get a epoxy top coat as well?

I think they were originally body color if that makes any difference to you. Primer does look good. You can get 2 K mixed.

Took a while to get Randy the reamer wrench in the mail. First time I have ever heard of a reamer.

learned in Youtube never to run one backwards
Not sure which one goes on the front door vs the back door. If I were to guess the one on the left goes to the front. Seems like it’s a bit heartier so it should go on the doors with the most use.

On my current rig the bigger one is on the back, but I was the one to put those on so I’m not sure to trust.
