Looks to be an early FJ40 speedometer cluster. Late 1960 to 63. Not a common find.

Requires the originator generator and voltage regulator with the built-in charge switch connection or a more modern alternator with the same, and an oil pressure switch not an oil pressure sensor, for both idiot lights to be functional. And you can only drive 100mph .
