fj40 overheat at idle .. every thing checked

It doesn't look like a clutch fan... The fan is pretty beat up ... Are all the blades pretty well intact?

I do not see a fan belt? Is it on the inside pulley?

I want to remove a/c condenser next week .

and I have to do your suggestions .. (air flow check , timing check again , valve clearance adjustment again , co2 check and other things )

and temp gauge show 80c when I am in traffic (with 76.5c thermostat)

and new problem is :
where is the new place of condenser ..?

The good news is that you found the root cause. There is too much restriction of air flow. If you want to use the condenser you need to create more air flow. I personally tried many different ways to get more air to flow and ended up installing an electric fan. Here is what I purchased from summitracing.com

I then used a flat sheet of aluminum as a fan shroud that spanned the whole radiator. I cut out the hole for the fan and mounted the fan to the aluminum. The rest is just wiring and programming the fan controller. You will also need a temperature sensor for the fan. I used the same one that feeds my Autometer Temprature Gauge.

If you want to keep your mechanical fan then you might try a tighter fitting shroud or a different fan. I cannot give you advice on what fans would fit since I am using a V8 engine.

That is a beauty! I noticed the intermittent wiper switch too. I am jealous. I had to use an aftermarket box mounted in the dash. Do you ever use that spare?

Was browsing for thread on AC and cooling solutions and found this thread. Good stuff. Anyway, that center console is from an 80-series... it's the fridge/freeze box. The seats and steering column are also from an 80-series. They are identical to the kit in my GCC-spec 80-series.

Im having same problem overheating with aircondition on. Is using an electric fan better (but issues of tight fit) or just change fan to 8 blades. My 2f doesnt use clutch fan
