Clean under carriageDerale power steering cooler upgrade. I painted the cooler, used Gates power steering hose for LP side and the Rein HP hose. Once I get the head back on I will finish running the LP lines. Hoses will have braided and spiral abrasion sleeving added to them. *Note: Derale cooler comes with 3/8" NPT inlets NOT 1/4" NPT as advertised online.

This is a good idea. Didn’t do that on mine years ago. I think connecting the hose from the steering box to the lower port of the cooler does the bleeding process.Let it dangle fitting side up while you add fluid and burp the system.

Nice Paul!...I need to get this done, I've had the main shaft seal laying around for way to long..Replaced steering shaft seal and cleaning up drivers bay.....
