I ain't any dog in the Slee vs. AJIK fight, but would third ( even though I firsted ) the solid drops for the front, or just man up and pull the sway, be done with it.

:flipoff2:

Solid drops for front is the direction I'm leaning.

hahahahaahha!

Ok gotcha. Fair enough. Yes that is/was the direction I am/was going. What I was referring to was everything else you listed. Since I am going 4" I am getting all linkage brand new with OEM bushings installed. Every single other offering is Urethane/Polyurethane and I really don't want those in my truck.

I do run the Slee f/r panhard bars w/poly bushings. Got them used and been running them for 2 years. Been good so far.

Those are the links in their stock form. I just received the longer ones last week and the site hasn't been updated to show the new items.

we've decided to break the kit up into rear links and front tabs, the rear links are in two different drops, stock and extended.

Yeah panhards I don't see too many options. Its Slee or cut my own using the DIY kit. I have a box full of all new OEM bushings so in my mind I'm leaning the the DIY kit direction because I get to retain OEM bushings. I could be swayed though.

Only reason I went with these were:
1: Got it less than half the price
2: Don't know how to weld

If I was back home in Hawaii it wouldn't be a problem. I'd just take it to my cousins shop and have him weld it. Up here in WA don't know much people that can weld.

So for front, why tabs and not blocks? Blocks, although ugly, seem to get the job done.

Don't egg him on, since his ego, nor this server can handle anymore. : flipoff2:

I have yet to put penetrating oil to any bolt much less touch a nut with an impact. I will grow an ego when I've successfully lifted my truck without any driveline issues nor alignment issues.

My server has no limpin in its pimpin. :flipoff2:

The tabs are for a completely different issue, you will still needs blocks for the front.

For people who do wheel their 80s aggressively the front axle tabs can and have torn off of the axle. When this happens the sway bar gets driven forward and shears the brake hard line in front of it. Resulting in no brakes.

These tabs get welded on in place of the stock ones.

I'm not particularly aggressive but then again I never had a 4" lift and SC before so...

you say that now but once you see how effortlessly the truck drives over stuff it's normal to start testing the boundaries.

I recommend the tabs to everyone that comes to me . Not all that expensive and if it does avoid a brake failure out in the middle of who knows were they are kind of priceless.

Yeah this is what I'm expecting. Because I plan on being buried in my truck I don't want to do anything that involves collecting an insurance settlement :p

Tell Josh to get cracking and get those things on the site.

Springs are in the hizzou.
