Great trip to say the least. Linda was a trooper for her first trip out... we actually talked "mods" on the way home so it was definitely a success! Don't think the "troopy" talk worked yet, but I'll keep up the pressure.

Thanks for the invite and look forward to seeing you all again at another event!

Here's a couple of teasers.

Guess I'm the first one back up north. We actually got in at 3am last night, did it straight... That is a long drive! Thanks to everyone for a great time! Great people, great weather and great wheeling... can't ask for much more. Can't wait to do it again!

I got back @ 6:00pm tonight. Eric that is a long ride and am glad you made it safely. Next trip down south will definitely be different for me as I'll need a little more time to get there and a better break up of the time for returning. Still a learning curve.

I've got a bunch of pics but everyone will need to wait until the weekend as I roll out in the am for a 3 hour drive to my first service call. It's back from which I came unfortunately.

I think 2 days without coffee followed by 3 larges made it happen. I would never plan on doing a trip like that and I would have stopped if I got tired but guess I was on a mission. Glad you guys made it back safely too.

I could make a week vacation out of that... travel on the weekends in less of a rush and camp and wheel all week.

And yes... "Now I have to face stupid reality again" - Homer J Simpson

some more.

I was telling Jason, that relatively close to where we camped the first night is wolf reservoir (45 minutes down off the trail and on the main road). If we were to go there in the summer it would be nice to do the loop in the opposite direction of what we did this year, and end on us jumping off the cliffs into the lake for a nice refresh.
