He knows me and just ordered me a exhaust manifold studs and nuts the other day. They are in Myrtle Beach so you ought to get it in a day if it is instock. If not, it comes out of the parts depot in Jax.

thanks, i appreciate it very much. i'm ready to put the lid on this headgasket! one more question/part number. i can't find one of the nuts that attaches the upper and lower intake manifold together. any idea what part number that is, or is this something i should be able to pick up? or maybe canibalize a nut from another part?

thanks to all, especially dan. had to call on dan when i was out of the country last week (despite my terrible phone connection) he hooked me up with knock sensor and it was waiting on me when i got home.
got the studs and 2 head bolt washers (that the machine shopt misplaced) coming later today so i am finally ready to start buttoning every thing up.
