Rear locker or just a placeholder there on the SP8100?

I think when I bought the SCS they only had the 8.5” wide. We air down to 15psi regularly and 10psi in snow. No problems or worries about losing a bead.

Ha ha, good eye. I’m in the process of finding a locked FJ 8.2” but still stock so far. The “locker” sticker was an impulse to fill the spot.

Build updates... here’s what’s been going on.
When we added the Pelfreybilt front bumper I felt it really exposed the air intake tube in the front passenger wheel well. So, snorkel it was. Much to the displeasure of my wife.
We asked around, did a little research and finally decided on the:

It’s a knock off but only $130, the most used in the North American GX470 community as far as we can tell and works great.
To prepare for the snorkel we had to trim one of our CBI ditch light brackets.

We stepped up our lighting game with two Rigid 6” E-series Pro spots on the roof rack and a Rigid 20” SR-series spot/flood mounted in the bumper. We know Rigids are pricey but we’ve used them on many different cars, truck and boats to become believers in their products.
Epic! It’s crazy how lights change a vehicle. We are thinking about going with the amazon snorkel as well. Glad to see another satisfied person.
Great build. I noticed that you now have the OPOR sliders. How did you resolve the issue of the RockSteady transfer case bracket using the same bolt on hole as the rock slider?
I think you added the skid plate first and then the sliders, but I’m reversed. I have the sliders bolted on, but now my transfer case skid plate doesn’t fit.
Any details and pictures of how you solved the problem would be great.

Hmm... I can get under and take some pictures if you want. I remember the drivers side of the farthest rear bracket fitting weird but we had the skids on a couple months before the sliders. We installed all ourselves.
Yeah, if you can take pictures. There’s one bolt-on hole on the side frame rail that both the t-case bracket and the slider want to share. Only one one side it’s a problem for me.
I thought it was the passenger side because the opor sliders use 3 legs on that side.
Anyways, if you can take photos on both sides just in case.
I don’t have my laptop now, but I posted some pictures in this post about the bracket overlap. Hard to tell from my posted pictures...

Next up, interior.
After the Orangeboxx PSDs, Raingler attic net & Dobinsons drawers we wanted one more piece for organizing and safety. We called Raingler again and bought their “behind 2nd row barrier”. Great for keeping gear in the back, in the back.

Trucks can’t run without electricity.
We swapped out our old tired battery for an Odyssey group 31, added a homemade aluminum battery tie down, Xplicit Audio battery terminals, and tried to clean things up.
** Side note: we were having some glitch issues with our Switch Pros 8100. Their customer service was amazing and when I was not able to troubleshoot the problem myself I sent the unit back to them. After a year and a half of using the 8100 it had a bad internal ground. They sent us a new 9100 as a warranty replacement. SwitchPros makes an amazing product and they stand by it. I cant say enough good things about them.

@estoddart , I’m strongly considering buying a set of Dobinsons drawers for my 200. Have you had any issues with yours?

The only other drawer system we have owned was a homemade set in our 80 series. I've been around and seen many other set-ups and for you type of use and cost, the Dobinsons was top of our list. We've really enjoyed the added organization they give us. If i had to come up with a complaint it's that they don't "lock" open. If you're parked head down on a hill they will close themselves. I've thought about adding a latch to prevent this but haven't yet.
I need that netting to protect my kids in the back seat. Holy heck is it expensive. How impressed with it are you? It looks like top quality.

Can't lie, they aren't cheap. We bought the attic net first. We liked that we could color match it to the interior fairly well. After a couple trips with some "more adventurous" trails we decided to get the 3rd row net to keep gear from coming forward as it did a couple times. The netting works great with the seats up and dogs or humans back there. We normally take out the 2nd row when on trips and the net works well with that setup also.

Coast Offroad single swing out rear bumper:
This weld together kit took us about 3-4 days total of welding, grinding and painting. It was a fun project and if you’re willing to put in the time and work it’s a great cost effective rear bumper/Tire carrier solution. Brandon, the owner of Coastal has awes customer service also.

Relocating the trailer wiring plug:
The Coastal Offroad bumper gives us an amazing departure angle so we didn’t want the trailer wiring to be the lowest piece to get ripped off on the trail. Lining up an existing hole in the rear frame, drilling it bigger and puking a hole in the new bumper made it all better.
