@estoddart man quite the list of updates! Some awesome stuff, I'm jealous of the mra setup. Jealous of it all really, awesome build.. I love the flip down step on the side of the bumper. I've had thoughts of doing the same thing if I get a steel bumper. You going up in tire size or keeping it where it's at?

Thanks TLar25 & VSPro.

We're on 285/70-17 (33") but I think we'll switch to 285/75's (34") next time.

Very cool. I just put on dobinsons long travel rear, just the basic nitro setup though. What bumpstops did you go with? Timbren? You make an extension? I'm running 35x10.5 Kendas and they need quite a bit of trimming, I imagine the width of a 285/75 would need the same or more.

Did you have to shim the lower mount on the rear shocks? My shock body was coming into contact with it at full droop so I put on a couple washers to push it out

That's where adjustable upper and lower trailing arms can help. You can rotate the top of the axle back to gain room for the shocks at full droop. Stock upper arms will also be hitting the fuel tank at full droop as well.

Yeah I figured that should be one of my next purchases along with a panhard correction kit. My driver's side spring is coming into contact with the fuel tank as well so when I saw that I figured I would need to get those arms changed. Thanks for the input.

Awesome. Very nice overland build and detailed build thread. I hadn’t kept up with your mods, but it’s nice to be able to read through them here on this post. Thanks for sharing.

We have Wheeler bumpstops front and rear. I made an inch spacer in the rear to lower the bumpstop. No shim or spacer on the rear shocks. Haven't had any problems.

Coastal bumper + 4x Innovations swing out is the way to go. I did the same setup on mine.

Anyone that has an 06-09ish, Pearl White GX470 know our paint is s***ty. To help cover up most of my horribly chipped hood, give me a good sticking plane for the solar panel and add style(maybe), I opted to wrap the center sections in 3M matte black vinyl. It came out pretty good if you don't zoom in.

I've noticed most people "blacking out" the center section follow the natural hood crease. That leaves a weird gap where the grill and crease don't match up. I opted to run a straight line from the grill corner to the top corners of the hood.

The Trail-Power "Hoodie" installed easy and has been a great addition. We highly recommend.
