Has anybody done an electric to manual window conversion?

While putting my truck back together.... my left rear window motor was not responding. So... I hooked up all the door wires and window motors.
front left - works
front right - no works
left rear - no works
left right - works
I swapped moved motors around and tested them... yep for some reason I now have 2x window motors that do not work. 2x are still ok.
Upon disassembly. yep looks like either sliding the winding out either broke off the brush or it was broken off, either way no works now. Not sure how sourcing new brushes would be even possible? if they even exist still? the curse of 24V
to me it looks like it's just a matter of sourcing manual crank and of course modifing the door card.
and it looks like as of right now both rear doors are available.
