A few pics of the bumper being produced for those that don't want to scroll through all the pages. There will be an option with no winch cut outs for those that don't like them. Also a full guard and small stinger will be offered. If you want something different on the grill guard let me know and we can work out a price.

^^ Thanks for all the good effort! No hurry on my end over here!:beer:

Anyone else bought one that lives in the Pacific Northwest? I am thinking about picking it up and may be able to pick another one up.

Damn Ben... that looks awesome.

Thanks, the waiting is killing me! I think this shop is worth the wait though. I can tell they don't need my business but they are the first shop that didn't act that way. I am also looking into keying the DIY kits. That would take any guess work out of it. You could just align the key ways and start welding. The shop will not have the final price till the drawing is done so we will see if it's doable at these prices. Also all pieces will be laser cut and bent it a cnc brake so the welding and grinding will be minimal. After all the bumpers are done I will be working on a roof rack. I was going to just buy one for myself but cannot justify the $1400 price tag! The plan is aluminum cnc cut back sides and fairing with steel load supports. I will be doing a flat top low profile design with the side pieces cut to the same profile as the roof. It will all bolt together to save on shipping. I'm hoping I can keep the price around $1000 powder coated. Let me know if there would be any interest there.

Ben, I'll be very interested to see what you come up with for a roof rack. A low weight, low drag full or 3/4 roof rack is on my short list.

@grundsethp PMed you.

That's pretty slick. I wasn't sure what exactly you had in mind when you said following the curves of the body, but now I get it. I like it! When you start a thread for the roof rack, please post a link on this thread so I don't miss it.

^^
Will do. I think it will be a pretty clean look and there shouldn't be much wind noise or drag.

@benc If you decide to remount your LED bar to the roof rack i will take your brackets off your hands..

Can I get a price quote for a Front Bumper w/small stinger for an 04'? I'm located in Benicia, CA so I would be able to pick up.

Sorry guys, no updates. I'm still waiting on the shop to get the drawing and prototype cut. I did get the grill guards and stingers bent up though. March is going to be a busy month! Maybe I'll start working on the roof rack while I'm waiting:)

Sorry, still no updates. Just playing the waiting game. I will call the shop this week and see if there is any possibility of having a prototype by the weekend. Here are a few pics of my most current work with the to show these will be worth the wait:)

I was just gonna say.....Well I need to save up for two bumpers now.

Is that 4-runner rear bumper your design? Looks like the 4x4labs or a 4x4labs hybrid?
