Differences between FJ55 and FJ40 Rear Heater???

Can anyone tell me the difference between a rear heater from an FJ40 and FJ55. Think similar year of each compared to each other. Is there any reason I couldn't put an FJ55 rear heater in an FJ40?

FJ40 only has two feet to bolt to the floor and FJ55 has four.

Is that all? I am putting a heater in a FJ43 that never had heat. I'm drilling the floor to add a heater, so if that's the only difference then that's really no difference.
