I use the "Diesel Purge", and pour it into the fuel filter. Maybe this is the same stuff but more potent.

I use Stanadyne as my go to. Sometimes will buy the gallon jug of Lucas or 2 stroke if I can find non synthetic stuff.

Any Toyota diesel engine code ending in an “E” has an electronically controlled injector pump. 1HD-FT is fully mechanical while 1HDT-FTE is electronically controlled.
Modern diesels are commonrail design running significantly higher fuel pressures and therefore have higher tolerances.
Fuel additive is used as a lubricant for the seals inside your injector pump. Modern diesel doesn’t have as much as it used to so it’s a good idea to add something to prolong the life of your pump.
2 stroke works for a lubricant just fine. The advantages to a quality product like flashlube or standyne is they have an anti gelling agent if you drive in the cold and they boost your cetane.
Liqimoly is to clean your injectors and pump, not as an additive.

Has anyone used Power Service Diesel Kleen? I found some for a decent price near me and picked up a couple of bottles:

For future reference. I have not been using any additive or oil in my diesel over the course of the last 2 years. (I didn't initially know that it was common practice. Then, I wanted to be sure it was really helpful/required.) Yesterday, I put a bottle of the Power Service Diesel Kleen in my tank. It made a very noticeable difference. My engine seems to run smoother. I gained 3 mph on my normal 0-60 test spot and run 1-2psi less boost on the freeway. Idle smell is almost gone. My shutdown "shake" seems more even as well. (it just didn't feel quite right before... I don't know how else to describe it) I suspect I am going to get better mileage as well.
I don't necessarily attribute this to the exact product I used. Rather, I just wanted to acknowledge that it (along with probably all the other solutions listed above) is much better than running straight diesel. Going forward, I'm going to try the 2 stroke oil as an lubrication additive. I'll also keep a bottle of the PS Diesel Kleen handy, just in case.

Yes sir. It says "Contains Slickdiesel® Lubricator to protect fuel pumps and injectors from increased wear caused by poor quality Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) fuel".
From my quick research, it was the product that was recommended by Cummins in their engines. Here's a link to their technical service bulletin.
Really, I just picked it because it was $6 a bottle and I could treat 2 tanks of fuel with it. Now that I have used it, I'll probably go back to my local gas station and grab the other bottles off the shelf!
