I bought mine first week of June. I’m not making a big deal out of it. I know how long some of this stuff takes to have a complete product ready to ship.

I also ordered mine the first week of June and have traded a few emails with Dave on status. The last I heard, about 2 weeks ago, was they were still waiting to get them back from the powder coating shop.

if their region is like mine, just getting the powder is expensive and problematic at the moment - expect delays on powder coated products for a little while.
Bummer, I asked Dave if they would pivot and offer the arms painted with something like Steel-It as a workaround, but never a reply.
I just ordered arms last week so I just hope to have them by 2023 I guess

edit: didn't see all the replies after the reply from notification. I do apologize for these delays everyone. powdercoating has been the biggest issue we've faced as a business yet. we have moved around to a few different shops in an attempt to get quality and service we expect. they always start out eager to please, then taper off. the radius arms are some of the most challenging things to coat (according to most shops) because they require a lot of heat due to material thickness.
arms, panhard brackets, consoles, and most things in the semi-gloss black have been rough as of late.
Not real impressed with powder coating on metal exposed to rock bashing. Would it be possible to order radius arms with no powder coating and assume the oxidation and weathering issues ourself? Also not have to wait for other shop’s schedule. IMHO, powder coating suspension parts may be cool for show rigs, but is a waste for rigs actually used. I’d rather just undercoat bare metal and rattlecan more undercoating when it when gets scraped off. BTW, you can’t repaint scraped off powder coating, so I’m interested if this is possible!

Been poking around and can't seem to find the caster correction listed for each arm... would be nice to see the numbers for the folks that measure their caster and know what they need.

I feel like I remember Dave posting the caster numbers for them somewhere in this 26 page thread. Did you skim it or search within it?

No that’s the lift height the arm is for, not the castor correction. Should be showing degrees of correction.
For example…. i install my springs, go measure my caster. I’m at -.7 degrees. Which arms do I order to get to 3*?

Those measurements for hub to flare looks like 4-3/4” of lift. Yeah, Slee said that same. Are my calculations correct? - if I'm sitting at .8deg with 3" arm correction (assuming they are 5deg corrections), I'm actually looking for 8degs of correction with a 4.5" lift to set me back up to...

I took measurements per direction from Dave. I'm showing concrete to lower mount as 14-3/4" and concrete to upper mount as 18-3/4", a difference of 4". Which arms are recommended? I have the 146/147 springs (2.5"). Right now things very squirelly when driving. Slight vibrations.
I know Dave likes extra castor and so do I. I’m at about 50 lift and run their 6” arms. I think delta has 5” arms now. Not sure though as it’s been a while since I bought mine.
Cripes. I feel like this has been beaten to death over the last 2 years, TSFIYF.
But to save you some time, you have 3 options:
at 4" of lift, Rick would say his 4" caster plates and a DC shaft.
or
Delta 5" or 6" arms (gotta get your current caster measurement first) and a part time kit.
or
Go back down to 2" lift and 3" Delta arms and a DC shaft.
report back with your progress.
@Surfdc is right on the 4" lift. I spoke w/ Dave at Delta on my truck. Haven't bought anything as of yet since it wasn't in the budget. However, with the springs on mine (C97-144VT and C97-145VT) that advertise as 3.5", I ended up w/ about 4.5". I'm pretty heavy too and the truck sits level. That 4.5" isn't 3.5" plus spring sag from the OEMs. If I add that it's close to 6" from where it was sitting prior to the lift. Anywho their recommendation was the 6" arms and part-time kit. Even w/ the Landtank plates and Landtank DC I'm off about a degree on front pinion angle. I get a little vibe at highway speeds but not bad. The problem is the caster is still way too low. I don't think it's the plates as I'd be god awful negative caster if they weren't there. There's not enough room really w/ the stock arms to rotate the knuckles back any further without the steering hitting and having to grind the arms. I got a set of Slee offset caster bearings to try and same problem.
I may be behind the 8 ball here, but on a factory LC, is the measurement 0"? Meaning ground to lower mount is say 14" and ground to upper mount is 14". I wouldn't say I have a 4" lift. I have a differential of 4". I can't imagine needing Delta arms and a DC shaft....
