Horn contact plates are back in stock. We made a new central bushing to ease install. We also made more headlight dimmer boots and 4wd switch boots (genuine Yazaki wire if you want as well)! Lots of great stuff to keep you heading on down the trail.

Hey all,
As I am working on getting this 4 speed swap finalized. What are people doing for this transfercase control rod firewall bushing? I was thinking of either reproduce it or find a close alternative and making an adapter of some kind.

I think that I want one of thoseThe clutch slave heat shield/ spring brackets are live on the store. The bleeder is still easy to access as well by the way.

This is a fun learning experience! I'll have to do some tests to make sure we can get the rubber thin enough and it has enough flex to work with the amount of travel the rod experiences. Mostly there I think

Fusion360 . I am a novice for sure, but I have a patient friend who tells me where to improve things.
Right on. Looks like you ain’t doing too bad. That’s no simple shape to model. Did you draw the profile and revolve or stack toruses?

I did a sketch and revolved, then hollowed it out. This software is super fun.
I haven’t used it yet actually but I hear good things.
The more I use it, the more I’m come to absolutely HATE Fusion. I couldn’t even tell you why haha.

There definitely seems to be camps of people for different engineering software packages.
