What software are you using?This is a fun learning experience! I'll have to do some tests to make sure we can get the rubber thin enough and it has enough flex to work with the amount of travel the rod experiences. Mostly there I think

I did a sketch and revolved, then hollowed it out. This software is super fun.Right on. Looks like you ain’t doing too bad. That’s no simple shape to model. Did you draw the profile and revolve or stack toruses?
