Cracked oil filter holder and oil in coolant

Hi all,
Replaced my head, put everything back together but i notice that im getting oil in the coolant and theres water dripping out the place the oil filter screws in, i assume its an oil heat exchanger. Is this the cause of the oil in coolant?

Isnt that the oil heat exchanger?

looks like its behind the housing. the housing is held in typically by the center lug that the filter spins onto.
this is coming from that horizontal crack above and left of the housing.

Ok update, the filter holding bracket is split in half, i feel like there was water in the system and then it froze
