CEL 14 and 21 (1 Viewer)

Went out to go get my rebuilt injectors for my Landcruiser, jumped in the pickup,'88 22re.
It started normally, idled for about 2 minutes, then died. Restarts fire briefly, then die.
Cel is flashing without a jumper in the diagnostic port, key on, engine off.
CEL is showing the above codes.
Pg. FI-26 of FSM shows 14 as being "Ignition Signal", no signal to ECU.
21 is O2 sensors
Then it gives trouble areas, circuit first then component.
So I have very limited experience troubleshooting, but am going to start with Ignition then O2 sensor
then fuel system(pump) etc. Any and all advice from you guys would be welcome.

inspect the o2 wires and make sure they aren't melted to the exhaust.
then do a fuel pump function test.
Sounds almost like you have a fp or relay issue going on.
i wouldn't chase tail on the ignition code.
check spark and move on.

Does the CEL come on when the key on, engine off?

Actually, yes it does. I forgot to mention that.
