Con-Ferr Roof Rack Question (1 Viewer)

I have been searching everywhere for a Con-ferr roof rack for my 1980 FJ40. I found one that I am thinking of purchasing. The size is 5' x 4'... Is this a small size for the FJ40? I think I need a 5' X 5'? I am unsure on the correct size, but do not want to go too small. Any input would be great. Thank you.

This rack is somewhat over 3’ x 4’. I think 4’x5’ would sit very nicely over a 40 roof.

I fabricated it to fit from the windshield to the main hoop. 4’ is about 8” narrower than the windshield.

Pretty sure mine is a 4x5. Works well.
