Sent from outer space via my mind

Almost ALL of the wheeling we do here is destination point based, so we pack up and go every morning.
Thanks for the props on the rig man!! Im really happy w/ it so far!! The 203 is the only thing the verdict is still out on. I just don't like the shifting. It's a bitch.

My thinking too. Most of the volume is lighter stuff that's contained in it's own bags, probably up to the weight of camp chairs.

That's kinda what I was thinking!!!
I was gonna get one of the nylon roof rack bags and stash all that crap up there.

He is one cool little dude.

It should be fun when he grows into those paws but still has some puppy left in him.

Yeah... That won't be long. :0

You'll get used to the 203. It's not hat bad after you get used to how to shift them.

That's what I'm hoping will be the case!!
It's staying the way it is at least for the next couple years.

I like being married to my wife!! :)

I know you vehemently stated "no" to a trailer Keith but have you ever seen Kurt William's aka Cruiseroutfitter sweet 40 and 40 bucket trailer? That would be a nice option to have for excursions like DV, Nevada, Utah, etc.

And IMHO its one of the slickest looking LC and trailer combos I've seen. And its incredibly capable if called upon...

Just in case you're curious:
Cruiser Outfitters
Cruiser Outfitters

:D

You coming on the con this July 23rd? I should have my trailer set up by then. Similar to Kurts.

chicago,

I have a 90lb dog and I've gone thru the rubicon multiple times with him. All my gear is Tied down so nothing falls on the dog (Duh) I've actually layed the rig on it's side and nothing fell out! (Except the stuff in my center console all fell on me) I do have a small aluminum rack that goes between the B&C pillars of the roll cage. (Right above CJ's head) I basically pack my stuff in an "L" shape and leave just enough room for the dog to lie down..

I do kick him out on ruff spots. He doesn't like being thrown around.

A little creativity, and you'll find your way to pack.

Edit: I now have twins so I'm going to have to find a whole new way of packing now.. LOL

Gonna have time to stop for a beer in Reno?

Absolutely,
Going to run the con and spend the rest of the week in Tahoe on the beach :)

Lets run the trail w/ him!! :)
