Looking really good. I like the attention to detail on everthing you've done. Curious how much the exhaust wrap helps. If you are happy with it, I may go the same route.

Got a chance to work on the tire carrier today, 14 gauge cut and bent with 3/8 plate for the base. Added a 5/8 pin as a back up, Got two different style de sta co clamps comin tommorrow, one will pull in and the other will pull down.

Things changed and so did my idea for in-cab storage and in the below pic, the space behind the tire and between the cans will be a homebrew toolbox, medicine cabinet style, just enough to contain the essentials and off set the weight of the tire.

Hi Mr. burnttoastburgos,

I really love your work on your rig. Very inspiring.

Sir, may i please request? Can you please share the picture of the front SOA conversion? I would love to have a close-up view of the conversion specially on the pumpkin side. Did you do a cut and turn?

TIA.

cheers!

Interesting idea, love to see the execution, you might want to build a small cooler for cans on top.:D

Got the tub back from Rhino Liners of Montrose, great job and great people. Did the underneath and inside in a very low texture. Now the real fun begins.....

Looks great, can see the collor now, nice.
Why did you put the brackets on the back of the can holders?

Yeah the cooler rack will be there, just thinkin on how to make it practical and removable. The tabs are for reverse/work lighting up to a switch that will let me turn on at any time and when trans is in reverse. The other tab that you cant see if for a cb whip.

Sir burnttoastburgos,

I love it! Thanks for the pics. How did you do with the U-bolt? Did you bend it a bit? If it's still OK with you sir, can you please take a closer shot of how's the u-bolt was installed.

Will really appreciate it sir.

More power to you!

TIA

Cheers!

That is a really unique colour. It seems to be growing on me every time I see your progress shots. Can't wait to see the body all together.

Could you take a pic of your power steering box and bracket for me. I had proffits cut and turn my housing and bought there high steer kit. The braket looks the same and they don't have very good pics on there site. Not sure where to set it as far as front to back. Thanks

Great piece of cast but a pita to do the final bolt in. A little grinding and some material removed from a 12 point socket and wrench will make the install a little easier. Take your time cause once its welded, you're done

Forgot to take the u bolt pics, will take tommorrow. every u bolt needs to be adjusted slightly as metal grows and stretches under every circumstance.
