Anthony, even with that exhaust wrap, I gotta wonder what running the crossover directly under the oil pan is gonna do for the oil and the pan over time. Was there really no other way?

As for your PM, can you please spread the word for me:

I use the Internet to promote my business;
I use the telephone to conduct my business.;)

We'll talk when I get back from VA.;)

Best

my inline fuel pump was more than enough pressure for the Ramjet so i had to remove the oem jeep in tank pump and fab up a new sending unit/pick up using the jeep retaining ring. All fuel lines and fitting tested good under 52lbs at the rail so thats one down......brake lines next

Completed brake lines on frame and axles, went with hard lines on frame and Stop Flex on tubes form Classictube.com

Great looking build...

Painter wanted to check all door clearances before painting tub, good thing as the el cheapo sill replacement needed some extensive mods i didnt see when doors were'nt on. Maybe i can work on/with someone elses Cruiser in the neighborhood..........s***, the've all got Heeps......AHH swing away tire/fuel/cooler carrier, that should keep my mind entertained.

the wheelbase was extended, so when i mounted the tub, it looked incorrect with the rear tires just about even with the bumper. So, after an hour of just staring at it, i extended the rear rails for the following:

1) Large capacity Jeep tank tucked up under and out of the way

2) The weight of the swing away tire carrier will be down only in the closed position as opposed the down AND hanging off.....you'll see as soon as i start building it, what im refering to.

3) Asthetics.....the wheelbase extension seems to be almost unseen.

Nice build, will like to see finished product. Where did you source the weather tite connectors used on the instrument panel? What is the length going to be of the rear drive shaft, will you be using cv joints on it?

This is how i am planning the layout for the rear carrier, cooler not shown in pic but will be above cans.

Looks good and I like it is not sticking out that far.
It might look nice to make some sort of cover over the frame behind the sil, make it look more natural. Well you might have been planning that already.

nice build i like it alot but the exhaust wrap has to go. maybe you might want to get it cermic coated. it would kept it cool and sure would look better. the wrap will fall apart and look crapy in no time otherwise great job

fieldsken.................... I had JetHot do both my bikes, and for $380 a piece, they looked like death takin a s*** after the first riding season, the complete wrap was done mainly for the heat and will help with the drone. Hope it works better than it looks. Ive used it before and seems to do its intended job.

On a better note finally got the tub and some other stuff in paint, tuesday will wet sand and buff, next in doors and cap sides. Sure looks like it has a lot of red in the pics but its definetly 02 Prowler Orange.
