But, but, but what are you talking about?

This is the Email that I got from RCV really happy with them, they gave me credit on the kit towards a set of 30 spline 300Ms 😍
There in stock and will ship today  300Ms inbound

Richard, due to the extent of the damage I'm going to put a new kit on order for you under warranty, they are in stock and will ship out this week.

Luke

Parts started showing up.
Be for I had the axle trouble I was hearing a new noise. when I got out to inspect I could see the axle was rotating in the bushing.
These bushing are only about 4 years old.
Lots of articulation eats these bushing up !

So a new set was ordered along with new hardware.

While I have the housing out I plan on fully welding the control mounts to the axle and adding some bracing.
I well also add the Land Tank diff hardware upgrade.

Everything will be cleaned and get a fresh coat of paint.

If anyone has pictures of what they did to beef up the control arm to axle mounts please post up.

You have the castor plates that work well as a doubler. I’d finish welding those all the way around and maybe run a couple beads over the factory welds on the underside of the housing.

The brackets have a history of cracking behind the axle from the bottom up somewhere between the rear arm mount bolt and the rear surface of the axle housing. The castor plates have this area well reinforced once weld all the way around.
