Would you have gone with the 1400 if money/shipping was not an issue? Thank you for the vid. I put in my tray last weekend, I did not remove the airbox because the snorkel is a pain in the arse to get back on.

I probably would have tried it if I didn't have to worry about shipping. I think I am going to swap the aux and start battery wiring so the 31 group is the aux, then the extra power from the 1400 wouldn't be all that beneficial. Not sure when I will get to that but depends a lot on how long the 1230 ends up running my fridge and camp stuff.

I normally try to avoid this kind of blatant solicitation but I have a huge favor to ask. I figured posting this in my build thread wouldn't be too intrusive.

YouTube's policies have just become more stringent. To maintain our current status and benefits we are in a race to reach 1000 subscribers by February 20th.

Our videos are mostly to support the 100 series community as we learn and build our rig. We are super excited and have a ton planned for the hundy this year.

Subscribing does not cost anything but you will get an occasional email with our new videos and can even turn that off if you like.

If you have enjoyed or utilized our videos or just plain feel generous please stop by our YouTube channel and click subscribe. The link is in my signature.

Didded its!

We are making great progress on the daul battery install, actually done, just not done with the videos yet. I spent a fair amount of time behind the dash trying to make sure I wasn't going to drill through anything. Just before we got started I realized that the grommet and drill bit we intended for the job were not going to cut it. We ordered a daystar firewall boot and a big enough drill bit. Thanks to @savirc for the help picking the boot and spot on the firewall.

Here is the install of the Blue Sea ML-ACR in-cab switch. Lot's of running wire through the dash and a little grinding to get the switch to fit the blank. I didn't really think this switch was necessary but now that it is there and works I really like having it.
