Nice work! Cool seats and wheels. Super nice job on carpet. It's so rewarding as they come together.

I notice brake master reservoir, looked very stained to the top. The pictures wasn't great, so I could easily be mistaken. But worth learning about brake master and clues to its health.

I also notice you're using Bosch sensors. For best fitment, system integration and longevity. I suggest using Toyota OEM in most cases. Alternatively, I like parts from Toyota's manufactures, without the Toyota name on the box. Like Denso, Aisin, Koyo, Timken, etc. Which are mostly made in Japan. Avoid any parts made in China. Also watch out for bootleg Toyota parts, which ebay is mostly. keep in mind: Toyota requires a higher standard from their suppliers. So the Toyota name on the box insures top shelf. The extra cost generally worth it. I find this especially true, of parts like sensor (MAF, o2, etc.).

BTW: There's a sale on now, that has 5 days remaining. They've been having these on and off a various discounts levels. The 25% off whole is the best we see.

Ok lots of updates! I finished overhauling the front end with all OEM Toyota parts 😉

First everything got pressure washed scrubbed pressure washed scrubbed again and a final pressure wash for a good clean work environment. Sanded all the loose paint off wash a right angle die grinder with rol loc sanding discs and filled it up with satin paint. Engine gloss black paint for the brake components

I also replaced the axle/diff mounts and installed a Slee diff drop. With the info from this forum I also spliced the dash harness to remove the factory navigation headunit.

The O2 sensors I was willing to get Bosch from the parts store because it’s a quick job and lifetime warranty. I’ve also used Bosch O2 sensors on many projects without issue so I feel good about it. But yes you will see I stick with OEM for most all replacement parts.

Yeah I wouldn’t mind giving it a treatment. We’ll be getting the exterior buffed and coated so I’ll do that around the same time. Car smells great right now.

Mad respect, that has to be the nastiest car interior I have ever seen. You bought that from an absolute slob. Your work is amazing through! I am sure it feels great to restore that thing!

Yes it looks so good now, more progress coming soon. I got distracted on another one of my projects.

The front bumper was toast on this rig so we decided to put some protection on. The driver fender was tweaked a bit but I was able to tweak it right back to where it needed to be. Also I’ll be shooting the bumper with some silver single stage I have and I’ll shoot clear over it. It won’t be an exact match but should be close.
