I’m excited this is still moving. Sitting at home recovering from ACL surgery. I have lots of time to ponder...

Those welds are sexy!! Happy to see progress is being made, both big and small!

This is a great thread on watching a product go from Beta to production along with the usual pitfalls/nightmares that one has to deal with. Gadzooks, so many headaches.

Credit Card ready whenever you are :hillbilly:

So the BW turbo I’m using is externally waste gated and yes, one reason is the eventual A/W IC. The J-Pipe is being made with an addition pipe for the WG. Can it support other turbos? Sure, it’s just a single scroll T4 flange Mount but the WG port would need to be plugged in internal WG turbos.

My kit will not have a BoV because it’s not needed on a base setup BUT I will be adding a port for it on the intake tube with a block off plate.

I can finally move forward with the rest of the stuff without feeling like I’m going to lose a lot of money :p

Oh u are SO going to lose a lot of money.....first single turbo.....then sequential.....then 50lbs of boost.....you are screwed!! :) *as the rest of us are*

EDIT: All set!!

Ok folks, I just got the pricing in for the J-Pipes and its of course a little more than I had planned for because...drumroll...steel prices :cautious:

But there is an advantage on my end. These guys are a one-stop shop so I don't have to decide on a welder, I don't have to make separate flanges, I don't have pick everything up at each shop and run it to the next shop. They are even sending it to the ceramic coater once done. This cuts out a LOT of headache for me and is worth the extra money just so I don't have to drive two hours one-way each time. I do have a minimum to hit for a better price point so I'm going to go that route in hopes that I can sell more J-pipes than I will turbo kits AHHAHAHA!

Sooo...since all of my funds are locked up with literally every other product production I have going on right now, I'm going to open up ONLY three slots for the turbo kit. Why only three? Because I don't want/need anymore than that right now and I still need to be able to make everyone whole in case this endeavor goes tits up.

Three spots get the turbo kit, with NO hard timeline (yet), but for the trust you get reduced price of $4k, so you save $500ish. This will LITERALLY be the ONLY way anyone can get a discount on this. I have a few early adopters that helped get the start of this rolling. I'm extending that same offer to the next three.

If willing and able please text/email/PM me and I'll send you a detailed invoice.

For what its worth, I'm moving forward regardless BUT this just makes it assured and moves the timeline up for sure.

All set! Thanks guys! J-Pipes moving forward. Intake pipes will likely be right after and then the downpipe will be last. I need to build the downpipe to make it work well with OTRAMM's exhaust and stock exhaust.

Man that happened fast! I guess that's what I get from taking a break from mud!
