Been away from the forum for a while, but still loving the 200. Expect to do radiator soon...

Regardless, my Bluetooth phone connection has gotten poor, almost unusable. Very choppy. Audio books play fine via Bluetooth. Removed and reset connection, still bad. Any recommendations?

I have the same issue exclusively with phone calls. My voice transmits just fine, but the voice message on the other end is choppy. I’ve deleted the phone from the device list and connected again, but that didn’t fix it.

Just curious... did you try a different device/phone? Just to make sure it isn't the phone causing the issue?

No, but bt on phone works well in our other car (Highlander.) issue is limited to the 200.

Same here. iPhone 11 that used to work fine in the LX570 but suddenly went choppy on phone calls. Music playback is fine still. No BT issues with other cars although in those cars I'm connecting via carplay.

IPhone 11 Pro here and, same as you, mine used to work just fine. Possibly an update from Apple is to blame? My music also plays just fine.

Surely there's a solution.

we are having problems with our GX and staying connected to Bluetooth.

An update from me. I replaced my old iPhone 11 with a new iPhone 15. I deleted the old profile and added the new phone, problem solved. I can't say if it was just the new profile or the new phone but either way I'm back in business!

It’s the dang iPhone 11 Pro and iOS 15 update. I replaced it with the iPhone 15 pro and it works fine. Strangely it’s just the iPhone 11 Pro. I tried iPhone X, XR,12 and all worked fine.

My iPhone 12 Pro Max is doing it.
So annoying. It works fine in other cars
I’ll have to find someone with a 15 and see if that will work.

My iPhone 12 Pro Max does NOT work when making calls

I've had that happen with various phones in various LX's. Sometimes the problem has persisted for a long time. Sometimes a software update on the phone or deleting/re-adding the phone solves it. I also have noticed that the physical location of the phone in the vehicle makes a difference. Sometimes just moving the phone closer to the shifter area helps too.

Thank you for posting. I had the phone infront of the shifter.

It’s a shame this is happening. But I need my phone to work

Anyone had any luck with a solution to this? I have the same issues...people tell me I constantly "cut out" and ultimately results to me kickin' it with phone to my ear or speaker phone.

Tried 2x new iPhones already and that didn't fix it. Also tried the DCM reset (via battery disconnect overnight) and deleting profiles to then reestablish.....still not fixed.

Interestingly enough, if I use voice command for navigation inputs, etc...works flawless!

Overall, Its been perfect since owning then one day it decided not to...problematic since.

Have you tried placing the phone in a different location when it happens? Like closer to the center console or shifter area? And see if that makes a difference?

This is such a frustrating thing.

I’m in an iPhone 11 Pro. I was hoping an upgrade would fix the issue.

HERE IS THE SOLUTION
