choppy

Been away from the forum for a while, but still loving the 200. Expect to do radiator soon... Regardless, my Bluetooth phone connection has gotten poor, almost unusable. Very choppy. Audio books play fine via Bluetooth. Removed and reset connection, still bad. Any recommendations?
