Yeah, I'm racking my brain on the passenger side, why the wheel and rotor are not parallel, but I remember it looks just like your driver side not so long ago.

Where is that broken stud from?

The driver side looks like it could be your trunnion bearings. It's a little harder to tell by lifting and shaking the wheel but with an extra set of hands you can find the play pretty easily.

I think that's just a parallax in the pictures. The only thing that could explain that would be if the wheel lugs were all completely loose and those big tires would rip those six poor studs right off if that happened. I've seen it happen with much smaller tires.

I don’t think one broken stud would cause the camber to be off. Seems like something else isn’t right. Are the other studs tight?
There is one other stud that's loose, don't want to sheer it off so I left it alone. Getting a tow and will be taking her to Austin soon. Will get a better look at everything when it's up there. This totally messes up my work plans.
 
The other top stud is loose as well. I sheared the first one by barely turning it, didn't want to do it again.

Was this caused by your Roundup trip?
I didn't wheel it hard at round up but it's possible. I'm running out of awkward comments to make to the driver. I'm gonna ask if he likes dragons.

Right now, I'm going with the cheapest possible way to get me on the road. Replacing the knuckles or rims willl be about 4 months down the line.

Picture in post 3585 where you show the top broken knuckle stud; The soft brake line is not being held in its bracket. That could way down the line let your axle brake hard line wiggle back and forth and crack open...

I've had it that way for about 8 years now and I keep telling myself ill get to it soon. But you're right, I need to address it.
 
It's all good until you lose your front brakes.
