Have you checked your front wheel spacers?
Did you do anything at Roundup that could have caused it?
Bad ball joint. Perhaps something is worn/broke in the knuckles. When was the last time the knuckles were rebuilt?

Are you sure you can’t feel anything loose with a tire off the ground? Looks like have really shot wheel bearings knuckle bearings. Or the housing could be bent, but it looks like the tire isn’t parallel to the brake rotor in your first picture.

It's not parallel to the brake rotors for sure. I don't think it's shot wheel bearings because I don't feel any heat from the hubs like I did last time the wheel bearings went bad. Visually, I can't tell that the housing is bent. As long as the tires don't come off, i can drive it a little longer.

Loose wheel bearings can cause that, and won't necessarily show up as "loose" if the calipers are still on.

Shop I have to drive it back for another 100 miles. How much do I need to worry about it?

You had a wheel bearing failure not that long ago, right? Want to go through that again?

EDIT: Trying to be a bit more helpful now. Pull the wheel off (leave the spacer) then pull the caliper. 2 bolts. Check for up/down/in/out/side/side play once that's done.

Ok I couldn't tell if the wheel/rotor relationship was just parallax or not. I don't really see how the rotor and hub wouldn't be parallel to each other unless the hub was cracked or the lug studs were coming out or something else horrible like that. You can't take a wheel off and look around??

I'm away from home and don't have a replacement car. Just wondering if I should go thru the pain of towing it and switching vehicles, or wait until the weekend and drive it back up home.

Will have to see if I can do that at the apartment complex I'm staying at right now.

Just do what I've done when working on my truck at an apartment complex. Just don't ask ! :)

Lifted it while parked on base. Shook the tires, found out the problem, or one of the problems. Broke a stud. Need to get it home, about 100 miles away. Joy!!!!

Wheel doesn't move when you shake it up and down and spins easily without noise when you rotate the tire.

Time for 6-stud knuckles or keyed steering arms. And then sell them to me when you inevitably go to 1-ton axles.

Found this video on my go pro from last year at Round Up. The hood hadn't been cut open yet.

This year at Round Up. Nothing sexy or scary.

Didn't we lift and check the driver side tire? Was the broken stud on the passenger side knuckle?
yup, passenger side. Drove it about 200 miles since, now I gotta get it back.

So it's good that you found a broken knuckle stud but that doesn't explain why you're cambered out. Unless you broke all of them and the upper knuckle bearing but there's no way you'd be able to drive it.
