From a sellers view: A neutral color like tan or beige

From my standpoint: Paint it the color that makes you happy.

I think Toyota called it "Dione Blue" aka Baby Blue.

Since your from the UAE dune beige is the obvious answer for your pickup.

If you go for that one, make sure you get the darker one, 6H9, that's what that FJ40 was. The same years (84-85) there was also a lighter one, 6G9 I think... Never seen a picture but it's called "light green"... I would go for 6H9 "Olive Grey" and you would have a real unique awesome looking FJ45.
