I don't think it would but maybe make sure there is enough clearance for the APU-4. There are a lot of 100s out there with this panel mounted on the underside of the armrest:

I have APU4 too. It is a good product.

This is a print without any sanding or painting. Inverter was not wired yet. USB hooked up.

This is gonna have to be on my short list of accessories. Getting tired of everything rattling around and moving when I get into the lower compartment. Wish it had a small pocket that I put insurance cards in.

Yes I love APU4. It is a well designed and fabricated product. Also it is the inspiration for this insert.

So to side track AGAIN, how feasible (time and resource) is it to make an offset template (1/4" and 1/2") to mount the rear subwoofer?

Let's talk about this later haha. Trying to finalize the cupholder.
Is this a sub-woofer cover on 100 series? It doesn't look like the one I have.
Problem with sub-woofer cover is that it has to be made based on individual setup. And I cannot take measurement except you are in Ohio.

Thanks for your reply. I'm not even thinking that complicated. As many of us has experienced or soon will need to replace the factory woofer speaker, after the woofer is removed it leaves a deep cutout as pictured above which is very hard to mount aftermarket woofer without an exact size and shape. I'm thinking an overlay of the factory woofer shape with say 1/2" to 1" thickness will allow us to mount new woofer in that location.

This may not be feasible at all because it is solvable with buying a HDPE sheet and cutting qith a jig saw.

But yes, let's revisit again later. Thanks!

Make 1: Scangauge II Mount for Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series

1.1 Overview of the Final Product

1.2 Introduction

First thing I made is the Scangauge II Mount for Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series. I have been trying really hard to mount the scangauge in my 2000 Land Cruiser. Before I had the mount, it was on my dash behind the steering wheel, attached by a Velcro strip. But it blocked the very bottom portion of the dash. And most importantly, it did not look factory. At the same time, the blank panel on the overhead console has been there forever. It might be a good location for the scangauge.

1.3 Design and Fabrication

The most challenging work is to match the curved surfaces on the bottom of the overhead console.

Multiple parts have been printed to perfect the fitment.

I got this sample grey filaments and picked up the closest grey.

The factory grey is called stone grey?
The grey I finally picked is called graphite grey.
