So that is one hell of a nice audio system. I had hertz in my BMW and it was an amazing sound system. Expensive but really nice...

seeing your interior pics makes me realize I really need to do the middle and front carpets and sort out my door panels. The interior of your rig looks like it just rolled of the dealership floor!

in your post #7 with the pic of the door and all the wiring - can you tell me which wiring is for the courtesy door lamp? (colours that is)

I'm going to be ordering the assembly for mine in a couple of weeks and it will save me some time if i know in advance.
Looks good btw.
cheers
peter

Did you make the mounts for the tweeters on the front doors or does someone make them?

Not sure but There should be a 2 pin plug that's plugs into the light assembly.
Actually,
According to my installers tech sheet it is green/white. Negative trigger. 13 pin plug top left of fuse box. This is for a 2000. This is all I could get. The website is down. This is what is used for door trigger on alarms.

My installer made them. We used the oem tweeter pod. We fiberglassed them and molded them into that shape via sanding.

ARB Sahara, OME lift and Titan TW12,000lb. winch with synthetic line arrived today. I took the bumper to the powder coater today but they said they could not powder coat it again since it already is powder coated. So I took it to the body shop to have it painted to match the OEM bumper color. Truck should be pieced together and ready to be picked up in 2 days.

Should this line be spooled on in this direction?
IMG_2845.jpg

yes you want the line coming from under drum...

But shouldn't it be feeding out the other direction?

Make sure you regularly check and lube the pivot pin on that "safety" hook. They have a tendency to corrode...

just let me install it for you....dont want you to embarrass yourself on here with more questions...LOL
You'll see what I am talking about you gorilla.

Picked up the Cruiser today from the body shop. Besides them installing the hoop backwards I really am happy with my choice of bumper. It looks great with it being painted.

Looks great! Why didn't you mount the winch before you had the bumper bolted on? Looks like you are a stickler for detail and I know you wouldn't be happy if you got the bumper all scratched up while installing the winch.

Paint job and the ARB Sahara look good with your setup BBQMAN! It's been like Christmas in summer on here lately!
