I called SLEE about switching the rear coil spring due to the LRA 24 tank, fridge . When he looked up my order he asked what shocks I was running. I said the same ones from that order. 175,000 miles or double the normal life expectancy was a shock to him and me. Hence when replacing the shocks, I upgraded the rear coil to OME 2863.

Next project was removing the front Dissent bumper to sand and paint the trim behind it after 8 years. Then install a ComeUp Seal12.5 RS winch

Deer don’t make sense. Ran smack into the side and killed itself. Now I have to deal with insurance, finding parts, probably painting and a little repair to fender brackets.

Found all my parts, ironically the fender & door are at Martin’s Salvage in Raleigh NC. I will be traveling to NC April 18-21 to retrieve them. Family wedding afternoon evening of 20. If anyone is interested in catching up, pm me and we will coordinate.

I think there'll be a few of us in URE around that time who'd love to catch up with ya...

3 1/2 months, Sergeant Pepper is starting to look presentable. Up close the newly painted driver door clashes with 2nd row doors. Going to buy an orbital buffer and see how much heavy compound can remove the oxidation and grime to brighten it to match. While I am working on it, I rebuilt both front doors speakers. In the process of wrapping the trim with 3M 2080 charcoal metallic. Hopefully next month the rear bumper will finally arrive to finish the build.

The installation has begun. One pain in the butt bolt stalled me for 24 hours.

Those ramps look super sketchy. Be careful under there. Good luck with the rear bumper install. Can't wait to see the installed pics!

Making progress. After hours of wire brushing, I was finally content with the condition of rear cross member and main frame to paint. Now to hole cut the trailer 7 pin receiver and run wires.

Two months ago the fridge threw a Warning 33 code while stored in the basement. This code means compressor no start/not enough watts. I switched to DC using Goal Zero and code resolved. Last week the fridge threw the same Warning 33 code and no matter what I tried the compressor would not start. I called Dometic. The very nice representative asked for my model, serial, and if I order it directly from them. She then told me
Your fridge is covered under the 5 year warranty. Please submit the above information plus a copy of your order/receipt to this email and we will ship you a new one. I received a tracking number Tuesday and expected to arrive tomorrow. Way to go Dometic !!
