Check in with Imagination Fabrication in Apex, they do custom work. I did not have them do any work so I can't vouch for them, but based on the projects and interactions when I was at their shop, they appeared to be legit.

Thanks for the lead. I’ll give them a call.
Might also check with TEQ Customs in Raleigh, they're a Toyota-specific aftermarket shop, but I'm unsure whether they do custom work.
There is Dunn Welding in Angier/Mcgees crossroads area. Not too far out from Raleigh depending upon where youre at.
