It's really the only clean place to put it on a 93-94. The factory alarm is Junk anyways JMHO. ;)

Cheers

Sounds like I need to read up on removing the alarm. Thanks, all.

It's really pretty easy and straightforward.

i got mine installed. Best thing ever in this Vegas heat. Immediate difference in cooling down the interior.

One question: I wired according to the diagram & the light stays on even when the fan is not on. How to I correct this?

Before, after, & light on when in off position photos. Ignore the dangling red & yellow wires. I have yet to install the button for my KC lights. I’m horrible at wiring. Figured I’d get the lights button wired once I got the fan button in, but the fan button was such a plug & play idk what to do with the lights. Plus the LED always stays on, hence my question & hence my dangling wires. Lulz

If your switch light is staying on swap terminals #2 & #3 on the switch

Ordered…will add to the pile of parts I’m still installing

So i have the fan but not installed yet and i do have a modded fan clutch. So I wouldn't need to install the aux fan?
The aux fan won't really help with overheating but it can make your AC vent temperatures cooler when you are crawling (even with a modded fan clutch). Unless you live in Hawaii apparently.

Nice! Appreciate the answer, that's pretty much what I got it for was to have it just in case the ac wasn't staying cold during slow runs in the summer. Thanks!

So finally decided to install this kit. But I ran into the issue tht I have a winch in there with a stock bumper. So the brackets don’t work at all. This was the best I can do. I’m not a mechanic or a fabricator so this it lol. My question here is for LandCruiserphil do you think the way I did the set up? You think it might still work ?

My winch was in the way also and I had to move it up similar to what you have done.
The fan works as it should 😉
IMHO the fan should still work, the zip tie mounts are concerning, I would at the least use some bigger ties
I reworked my mount so that is was still mounted as designed just up away from the winch.
