Ok, I MIGHT be working on another project. :flipoff2:

I need to get pictures of EXACTLY how the fuel filter is oriented under the intake and everything that is in its way. It has the two bolts holding onto the manifold and the two banjo bolts and hoses but I need to fully understand what is actually surrounding the fuel filter. I'm fairly certain the fuel filter mounts exactly parallel to the ground with the hoses front and back.

I have an intake laying around. I'll get some pictures this weekend. PM me a cell and I can text pictures to you and get more views if you need

There is this feeling I have where I keep needing to touch my nose. It's the oddest thing.

For all the more often you have to change one I don't think the 30 min spent doing this job is that big of a deal.

This is one of those jobs that never takes me 30mins to do. It's a pain. I have multiple goals with this project. Ease of maintenance is only one of them.

While some can claim "30 mins" - it's just such a f'ng PITA, like you either drink beers in the shower (redneck hot tub), or swear you need to go to teh chiropractor after doing it.

And the random hand-scratches that look like you played catch using a kitten.

Then again, I'm also the guy who notched his lower intake manifold so you can pull it without touching the engine harness. :meh:

well if you guys would just do a body lift things like the fuel filter, PHH, and knock sensors take like 10 minutes to do :flipoff2:

Slow95Z that made me lol! I got a 2" body lift about to happen! Makes me happy just thinking about all the easy things I can get to.

Unfortunately body lifts are not legal in some states, like Maine.

Too many people using hunks of pipe and hardware store bolts...:slap:
