Almost tucked 35s...
Here the specs.
OME medium 851/860 with 1" front spacer.
1.5" wheel spacers.
15x8 3.5" BS alum. wheels.

Lift 1 more inch or go 1" less backspace? Or maybe both...

Trim the flare and the quarter and you're good to go.

Changing backspacing will create other interference issues like frame on tire.
BTW Love the "Marshmallow"
Well if my math is correct... I'm over by 1 inch. Mudders say 1.5"with a stock 4.5" BS.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Are there .5"or .75" spacers available?

I have 15" rims.
Wanted the C rating.
No D rating ST Maxx goes strait to E rating.
I think I can go in .5" with no grinding & .75" with a wee bit of grinding...

Some have grind off the caliper just a little to fit 15.

BUT for off-roading I will take the E rating any day as they are a lot tougher, just air down more.

Thanks! I think you may still rub... Just somewhere else.

you could do lower your bump stops or even get new wheels but that's the most expensive route if you want your rig to be taller go for the body lift. how much more till you hit the existing bump stop would be nice to know.

Don't want to go higher if I don't need to.
I have 2" to go in rear till hitting the stock bump stops.
I will get new rims when I get the backspacing correct.
Looks like I need to do more research.

Thanks guys.

You made a mistake going w/the 15" for the C rating. Not sure where you read/learned that was a good idea but it's not. Sell the tires & wheels, get rid of the wheel spacers, get 16" tires & wheels.

Ditch spacer. Rubbing frame is minor compared to rippring off flares and jacking up the quarters. Or new wheels.

Maybe I'm to much old school mentality...

Kinda think the same thing. My cooper 35" st on 16" stock aluminum rim very, very lightly kiss the frame under extreme articulation with a four inch lift and corresponding lowered bump stops. I trimmed a 1"x1" section out of the rear mud flap - that was it. Guys fit the same tire and rim combo with the emu 2.5 inch lift with about the same amount of cutting.

Sell the 15's. Put your stock rims back on, paint the lip orange as per your other post, and get new tires and you are good to go. Some tire shops will take them in trade and credit you on the next tires you buy so it may not be a big loss.
